Managing and securely storing evidence is a critical part of any bodycam solution. An effective evidence management platform protects not only the individuals captured in the footage, but also the enforcement personnel using the devices and the organisations they represent.
BWC Manager is Hyteraâs entry-level evidence management software, offering both secure storage capabilities and the ability to program and manage a fleet of RVMs.
Two-level user authentication ensures that only users with Administrator rights can access footage from RVMs. Footage is accessible only via Hyteraâs software – the deviceâs disk drive does not appear in your PCâs file explorer.
Manage and edit your RVMâs key settings, such as pre- and post-recording time, video and image quality, watermark, and programmable buttons. Only Administrators can modify critical settings that affect the quality of recorded evidence.
Manage up to 10 RVMs simultaneously using Hyteraâs optional MCA22 multi-unit data and charging dock*. The dock includes six additional battery slots, allowing extra batteries to charge while RVMs are docked for charging and data transfer.
Quickly replicate settings across devices by exporting configurations from one RVM and applying them to others – streamlining fleet management.
