The E-pack can be used as a radio to make and receive calls, but also creates a wireless mobile ad-hoc network to route voice communications. With Hytera’s IP (Intellectual Patent), one E-pack can function as a radio, repeater and a mesh node with one frequency, significantly saving frequency resources. Its light, small and IP67-certified design allows the E-pack to be installed in a vehicle, carried in a backpack, pole-mounted, or wall-mounted. Its suitability lends itself to temporary communications coverage both indoors and outdoors.
