Motorola has announced the upcoming product cancellations of the full Motorola Analogue Professional and Commercial Series Two Way Radios.

DCRS will continue to support the full range in regards to service & maintenance and the supply of accessories such as batteries, belt clips, chargers, etc.

IT’S TIME TO MOVE ON

Tim Clark, Motorola PCR Product Director, Europe and Africa, has issued a statement on the cancellation of the Professional and Commercial series of radios. 

2014 marks an important phase in the evolution to digital as we announce the cancellation of our legacy radio platforms and sharpen our focus on MOTOTRBO to grow our business into the future.

Over the next twelve months we will cancel our Professional Series “GP” and “GM” radios as well as our Commercial Series “CP” and “CM” radios and transition to MOTOTRBO.

For customers who still require analogue functionality, it is important to note that MOTOTRBO radios support a comprehensive set of analogue features, enabling a smooth migration. For cost-conscious customers, we provide an analogue version of the DP1400 MOTOTRBO two way radio that can be upgraded to digital as required.
