Job Ticketing is a function available with via your digital two-way radios via a client-hosted software application that allows you to efficiently manage and monitor; scheduling, work flow and personnel’s job function. By converting an alarm, or business system message into a text format, the software can notify the most appropriate two-way radio user through work schedules and action filters. The radio user can accept, or reject the assigned job ticket by using standard menu options on their keypad.

Through your digital two-way radios, you can have a support package to ensure all of your staff are within easy reach, in real time. By utilising the PTT on a two-way radio the user when notified presses and releases to confirm that they are OK if the user does not communicate within the pre-defined time the radio will then go into an ‘emergency mode’. Utilising a loud audible tone the radio will warn the user to respond, if they do not it will set the emergency procedure into play, the radio controller and other users will then be notified.

Due to the size of the site, the client required a two-tiered repeater systems to give them the coverage and channel capacity they required both inside and outside of the building.
