The Radio-to-Radio Recording solution allows network administrators to record, log, and playback any calls on two way radio networks, for both Radio-to Radio and Phone-to-Radio conversations. R2R, records and logs thousands of hours of voice traffic generated across a DMR radio system. This intelligent recording system provides an intuitive web based graphical interface to record local, or wide area voice traffic in either .mp3 or .wav formats.
Through your digital two-way radios, you can have a support package to ensure all of your staff are within easy reach, in real time. By utilising the PTT on a two-way radio the user when notified presses and releases to confirm that they are OK if the user does not communicate within the pre-defined time the radio will then go into an ‘emergency mode’. Utilising a loud audible tone the radio will warn the user to respond, if they do not it will set the emergency procedure into play, the radio controller and other users will then be notified.

UNIVERSITY OF NORTHAMPTON
Effective communications between teams and locations to ensure student and staff safety was paramount in the brief from the University; especially as the University prepares to relocate to a new, purpose built, town centre campus, Waterside Campus, which will open in 2018. Making sure the solution was also cost effective was a key driver for the project.
UNIVERSITY OF WOLVERHAMPTON
With new buildings changing the face of the campuses, reception and communication between staff were becoming sporadic at best due to the limited signal strength of the existing analogue system. DCRS had to provide a reliable radio solution to eliminate weak spots, protect staff, and monitor all users throughout multiple sites.
UNIVERSITY OF BRIGHTON
The University of Brighton is a UK base for over 21,000 students and 2,500 staff based in Brighton, Eastbourne and Hastings on the south coast Of England. This project initially began as a tender of which DCRS were awarded; the system specified a requirement of simultaneous communications throughout seven sites, and the system has continued to grow to meet campus and staff growth.
