LONE WORKER

Through your digital two-way radios, you can have a support package to ensure all of your staff are within easy reach, in real time. By utilising the PTT on a two-way radio the user when notified presses and releases to confirm that they are OK if the user does not communicate within the pre-defined time the radio will then go into an ‘emergency mode’. Utilising a loud audible tone the radio will warn the user to respond, if they do not it will set the emergency procedure into play, the radio controller and other users will then be notified.

A Two-Way Radio Dispatcher allows you to monitor large amounts of radio traffic. A simple and easy-to-use interface consists of one Radio Server which operates as a gate between radio stations and IP network, and an unlimited number of dispatcher consoles. To connect to radio networks, uses one, or more two-way radio stations. Dispatchers connect to the Radio Server via local wire, or wireless networks or the Internet and use IP protocol.

WAVE keeps information flowing quickly and securely between your mobile workers, delivering instant and secure broadband push-to-talk (PTT) communications. This highly interoperable and flexible system enables management and supervisors to connect with their workforce through their MOTOTRBO two-way radio, smartphone, or tablet over any broadband IP network including Wi-Fi, 3G or 4G and reduces the need for additional costly infrastructure as wave is an application which can be purchased from an app store.

Job Ticketing is a function available with via your digital two-way radios via a client-hosted software application that allows you to efficiently manage and monitor; scheduling, work flow and personnel’s job function. By converting an alarm, or business system message into a text format, the software can notify the most appropriate two-way radio user through work schedules and action filters. The radio user can accept, or reject the assigned job ticket by using standard menu options on their keypad
