Each year, a large community of churches and leaders gathers for a weekend of worship, teaching, and connection at the Bath & West Showground. With thousands of attendees, volunteers, and production staff spread across the site, clear and dependable communication was vital to keep everything running smoothly.

The Challenge

Coordinating such a significant event requires real-time communication between multiple teams – from site operations and logistics to security and medical response. The organisers needed a system that would cover the full showground, providing reliable connectivity and flexibility for different departments.

Our Solution

DCRS supplied a comprehensive communications package including 172 two-way radios with accessories, supported by 3 talk-through and 2 fixed mobile units to ensure full site coverage. Our team provided setup and onsite support to make sure every radio was ready to go before the festival began.
