Each year, a major Christian youth event brings together thousands of young people for a weekend of music, worship, and community at the Norfolk Showground. With so many attendees, volunteers, and activities happening across the site, the organisers needed a communication system that could keep their large team connected seamlessly.

The Challenge

Running an event of this scale requires reliable coordination between security, stewards, technical teams, and organisers – all across a wide area.
